When a card does the work

Five moments where a card on a desk outperforms another email in a queue.
Cold outreach

Generate leads that email can't

Your prospect's inbox filters you out before they see your name. A hand-addressed envelope gets opened at their desk, read, and kept. The QR books the meeting.

Follow up

Stay in the deal after the meeting

Everyone sends the recap email. One card on their desk keeps you in the room for the weeks it takes to close: it's kept 17 days on average, not 17 seconds.

Thank you

Say thank you, earn the referral

The opportunity isn't over once the agreement is signed. A written thank you leaves a lasting impression and is one of the most effective ways to ask for a referral.

Re-engagement

Wake up accounts that went quiet

The lead that ghosted, the customer that lapsed, the champion who changed jobs. A card arrives without an unsubscribe link and reads like a person, not a sequence.

Recruiting

Reach the person who isn't looking

Top candidates don't answer InMail. A card at their desk is private, arrives without their employer's filters, and the QR carries your pitch. No applicant portal in sight.

How it works

You write the card, or the AI personalizes one for each recipient. Either way, you approve every word before it mails.
1

Write it, or let AI personalize it

Pick a contact and an occasion. Draft it yourself or let the AI write a card shaped to the person, then edit anything before it sends. Personalization runs on Anthropic's Claude, working from a writing system built on decades of direct-mail craft.

2

Penned in real ink, mailed with a real stamp

Your card is handwritten with a real pen on heavy linen stock, hand-addressed, and sealed in an invitation-style envelope. Envelopes like that get opened, kept, and remembered.

3

The QR turns paper into pipeline

Every card carries its own unique QR to a personal landing page with your video and booking link, so every scan and tap is tracked to the individual card.

No Stampline branding anywhere on the card or the envelope. It comes from you, not us.

What they see when they scan

The card earns the scan. This page carries the pitch: built for one person, assembled from your profile and that card.
Taylor,
You get 300 emails a day. This isn't one of them. The 30 seconds below covers why I reached out.

Their name, your note

The page greets them by name and carries a short note you wrote for that card.

Your video, your booking link

Record once or pick a video per card. The booking button sits right under it, so watch-then-book is one motion.

The scan hits your dashboard

Every visit, video play, and tap lands on the card record, timestamped. The page itself shows only you.

Every card and stage tracked to the person

A unique QR on every card means per-card tracking: who scanned, what they tapped, and which cards turned into meetings.

Common questions

The short answers. Everything else: info@stampline.io.
What is Stampline?
Stampline is AI-personalized handwritten direct mail for sales and recruiting teams. Each card is penned in real ink by a handwriting machine, mailed with a real stamp, and carries a unique QR to a personal landing page, so every card is tracked from send to meeting.
When does Stampline launch?
September 2026. Waitlist members get first access, and we mail you a real card before launch so you can judge the product on your desk, not on a screen.
How are the cards actually written?
Each card is written with a real pen by a handwriting machine, in the style you choose. It is real ink on real cardstock, not a printed font, which is why people open and keep them.
Can I customize the card and envelope design?
You choose the handwriting style and control every word on the card and on its landing page. The cardstock, envelope, and design are fixed on purpose: heavy linen stock, a hand-addressed envelope with no company branding, and a real stamp are the combination that gets a card opened and kept.
What sits behind the QR code?
A personal landing page you control, with your intro video, a booking button, and your links. You set the defaults once in Profile; when you send a card you can add a short note to the page and pick the video for that card.
How do I know when someone scans my card?
You get one email the first time a card is scanned, and every scan and tap shows up on the card in your dashboard. No news is just a card still sitting on a desk.
Does the card show any Stampline branding?
No. Nothing on the card or the envelope mentions Stampline. It comes from you, not us.
How do plans and card limits work?
Each plan includes a set number of cards a month: Solo is 10, Pro is 20, and Team is 70 pooled across the whole team. Your count resets at the start of each billing period, the same day of the month you subscribed.
Can I cancel or change my plan?
Anytime, with no commitment. You can switch plans from Settings, and if you cancel you keep access through the time you have already paid for.
