Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Stampline LLC ("Stampline", "we", "us"), an Illinois limited liability company. By creating an account or using stampline.io, the application at stampline.app, or our card sending services (together, the "Services"), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 18. You are responsible for activity under your account. On Team plans, Admins can invite and remove members and manage the account, and all members share the plan's monthly pool of cards.

Subscriptions and billing

• Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until canceled.
• Each plan includes a set number of cards per billing period. Your count resets at the start of each billing period, on the same day of the month you subscribed.
• You can change or cancel your plan at any time from Settings. If you cancel, you keep access through the period you have already paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law.
• We may change pricing with advance notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.

The cards you send

You control what mails. Whether you write a card yourself or start from an AI draft, you review and approve the final content before it is sent, and you are responsible for it. You agree that:

• You have the right to contact each recipient and to provide us their name and mailing address.
• Your cards will not contain unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or discriminatory content, and your use will comply with applicable laws.
• Mailing addresses you provide are accurate; we are not responsible for cards sent to incorrect addresses.
• We may decline to produce content that violates these terms.

Cards are physically produced and delivered through third-party printing, mailing, and postal services. We do not guarantee delivery dates.

AI assistance

Parts of the Services use artificial intelligence, including third-party AI models, to draft and personalize content. AI output can be imperfect; that is why every card is yours to review before it mails.

Your content and our platform

You own the content you create and the recipient information you provide. You grant us the license needed to operate the Services: to process, personalize, print, mail, host, and display that content, including on each card's landing page. The Services themselves, including our software, design, and branding, belong to Stampline and its licensors.

Engagement data

The Services record interactions with your cards' landing pages, such as scans and link taps, and report them to you. This data is provided as-is to help you work; we do not guarantee its completeness.

Acceptable use

You will not misuse the Services, including attempting to breach security, reverse engineer the platform, resell it without our agreement, or use it to send unsolicited bulk content in violation of law.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stampline will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do survive, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; we will post the updated version here with a new date, and material changes will get additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
