Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Stampline LLC ("Stampline", "we", "us"), an Illinois limited liability company, collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use stampline.io, the Stampline application at stampline.app, and our card sending services (together, the "Services").

Information we collect

• Account and profile information. Name, email address, password, company, title, phone number, links you add to your profile (such as a calendar, website, LinkedIn, or video), and an optional description of how you write.
• Recipient information you provide. When you create contacts or send cards, you provide information about your recipients, such as names, companies, and mailing addresses. We process this information on your behalf to provide the Services.
• Card content. The messages and page content you create or approve.
• Engagement information. When a card's QR code is scanned, we record interactions with the card's landing page, such as page views, video plays, and link taps, along with time and general device and browser information, and show them to the sender.
• Demo requests. If you ask us to mail you a sample card, we collect the name, company, email, and mailing address you submit, and use them to send that card and follow up about it.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment processor. We do not store your full card number.
• Usage information. Standard log and usage data about how the Services are used.

How we use information

• To provide the Services: creating, personalizing, printing, and mailing cards, hosting each card's landing page, and reporting engagement to the sender.
• To operate accounts, billing, and support.
• To improve the Services and develop new features.
• To send service communications, and, where you have opted in, product news you can turn off at any time.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Services, under agreements that limit their use of it:

• Printing and mailing partners, who receive recipient names, mailing addresses, and card content in order to physically produce and mail cards.
• Payment processors, for billing.
• Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, who store and serve the Services.
• AI model providers, who process card and profile content to generate personalized drafts.
• Authorities where required by law, and a successor in the event of a business transfer.

If you received a card

If a Stampline card arrived on your desk, the sender provided your name and mailing address, and the card and its landing page come from them, not from us. Scanning the QR code is optional. If you would like your information removed from a sender's account, contact us at support@stampline.io and we will help.

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal information by using the Services or contacting us. Depending on where you live, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you may have additional rights, such as the right to know what personal information we hold about you and to request its deletion. We will honor verified requests as required by law, and we do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Children

The Services are for business use and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new date, and for material changes we will provide additional notice.
